About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from NRG Tins and use of this website. Review them before placing an order and retain your order confirmation. The product information, checkout disclosures and any applicable promotion terms provided at the time of purchase form part of your order agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Eligibility and account details
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Any product-specific age or purchase restrictions also apply. Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Product information and use
Read the ingredient list, warnings, directions and storage instructions on each product label before use. Product suitability varies between individuals. Products containing caffeine contribute to your total caffeine intake; ZERO is a collection name and does not mean caffeine-free. Website information is general product information and is not medical advice or a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If suitability is unclear, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use. Images may vary from the delivered packaging, but material product details must match the description provided at purchase.
Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed at checkout before you submit your order. Additional cross-border charges, where applicable, must be disclosed as amounts or described when they cannot reasonably be determined. Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Promotion exclusions, eligibility requirements and expiry dates apply as disclosed with the offer; discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
Orders and acceptance
Review the items, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting an order. An automated receipt acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfillment. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unlawful transaction or a material listing error. If a material error affects your order, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before proceeding with changed terms, or cancel and refund amounts paid for the cancelled items. We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.
Payments
Payment is required using an available payment method at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. Payment authorization and processing are subject to the payment provider and financial institution. Your financial institution may apply currency conversion or other fees. If an order is cancelled after payment, amounts due back to you will be returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver only to destinations offered at checkout and where the products may lawfully be supplied. Delivery options, charges and any stated delivery dates form part of the information provided for your order. Estimated dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Contact us if a shipment is delayed, missing or damaged so we can investigate and arrange any remedy required by law. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where import charges apply, responsibility for those charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. We will explain whether fulfillment can still be stopped; this does not limit any statutory cancellation right. Any voluntary return or exchange eligibility, deadlines, product-condition requirements and shipping costs must be stated in the policy or checkout information provided before purchase. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Opened or used consumable products may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return where that restriction was disclosed before purchase. Such restrictions do not remove remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us about those issues with your order details and, where available, photos. Refunds required by law will be issued within the applicable legal time limits.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference with site operation or infringement of another person's rights. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law and our obligations for existing orders.
Website content and submissions
NRG Tins branding, images, designs and website content are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping and retain your order records; other use requires permission unless permitted by law. Submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful material or private information about others. A wholesale inquiry does not create a supply agreement; separate written terms are required.

Any marketing communications require the consent or other lawful basis applicable to those communications, and you may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting essential order communications.
Website availability and responsibility

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the purchase agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts remedies for defective or misdescribed products.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable Canadian federal law and the provincial or territorial law that applies to your transaction govern your purchase. Any mandatory protections in your place of residence remain available where applicable. Contact us first with the order number and details of a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from pursuing a complaint or legal remedy available under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Last updated: September 30, 2026. Changes to these terms apply to future orders from the date they are published and do not retroactively change an existing purchase agreement without your consent.
