What is NRG Tins?+
NRG is a functional pouch concept built around a compact tin format, expressive flavours and three collections: IGNITE, FLOW and ZERO.
What comes in a tin?+
The catalog uses 15 pouches per tin. Mixed packs list every included flavour and the number of tins per set.
Does ZERO mean caffeine-free?+
No. ZERO is a collection name. The Wintermint concept includes caffeine; always check the formula information and final product label.
How do I choose a flavour?+
Use Find Your NRG to explore by flavour and collection. It is a shopping guide, not a health or ingredient-suitability assessment.
Ordering
Which pack sizes can I choose?+
Single-flavour products offer 1 Tin, 5-Pack and 10-Pack. Curated mixes offer 1 Set, 3 Sets and 6 Sets. A set contains the exact tin mix shown on its product page.
Can I save products for later?+
Yes. Tap a heart on any product and open Saved Products from the header. Your list is stored in this browser.
Can I create an account?+
Yes. Register or sign in through My Account to view your WooCommerce order history and manage saved addresses.
How does checkout work here?+
This concept storefront records test orders using the included demo payment. It does not collect money or dispatch physical goods.
Delivery & support
Where do you deliver?+
The checkout supports sample addresses in Canada and the United States, with prices displayed in Canadian dollars.
When is standard delivery free?+
For Canadian orders, standard delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is at least CA$65. See Shipping & Returns for all sample rates.
How do I request a return or discuss an order?+
Send the order number and details through Contact. Your request receives a reference number for the administrator to review.
Can my business stock NRG?+
Use the Wholesale application to share your business type and plans. This records an inquiry; it does not establish a supply agreement.
